Leslie Mann and ma girl Kate, Cameron D and Destiny, Charlie’s Angels come on! That’s right, over the last few weeks three of the sassiest celebrities known to man hit the campaign trail for their new flick, The Other Woman, and created Charlie’s clothing Angels. A new elite group of fashion fighters protecting the world from disastrous dresses, clothing criminals and fighting off competition from their co-star, Nicki Minaj’s make-under. The stylish trio ticked off various different styles between them as did our fave rapper Nicki, but who came out on top? Well here is our attempt at relating red carpet dresses to some sort of sports commentary. We are such lads, clearly. Who needs match of the day, when you have the aptly named, The Other Woman Dressing Duel…
Rita has gone from beanie babe to fashionista (@ritaora)
All together now…”RIP to the girl she used to be, because baby she’s over, she’s OVERRRR!” (There’s nothing like kicking off with a group sing-song at the start of an article!) Of late Rita Ora’s uniform of beanie hats, short shorts and her unique approach to urban lux has been replaced by Rita, part two: The fashora. The wardrobe goes from whacky to womanly, the fur levels are in free fall and the designers are more distinguished. Even if the Rita of the past met the Rita of the present day I am not sure even they would recognise each other, such are the levels of transformation! Exactly why has the Rita wardrobe evolved so much I hear you cry? Well here are the five reasons behind her style spring clean…

Emma Watson is a serious contender for best dressed of the year, let alone best dressed of the week. On the Noah promo tour she was a total knock out, whether in a Saint Laurent tuxedo or a Ralph Lauren gown. Her Noah duties might have wrapped up, but luckily for our best dressed round up she’s got another film to promote. This weekend she attended the Boulevard Tribeca Film Festival premiere in a Narciso Rodriguez Spring 2014 asymmetrical pink jacquard skirt and a dusty pink wrap-effect top.
Speaking of the Tribeca Film Festival, the stars went out in all Chanel everything to the Chanel Film Festival Artists Dinner. Lily Aldridge wore a navy chiffon spaghetti strap dress with an embellished bodice, while Joan Smalls wore a metallic Chanel dress with a Chanel clutch and Tom Ford sandals. Harley Viera Newton went down the more classic Chanel route in a pink and white tweed dress, with a pink mini Chanel bag.

Knee-high socks don’t have to be classroom uniform. As Taylor Swift and Katy Perry kindly demonstrated yesterday, stepping out (albeit separately) in New York sporting knee-high socks.
Make like Taylor and channel the preppy look by teaming your knee high socks with short shorts and an oversized shirt for a grown-up city feel or take inspiration from Katy Perry’s glam grunge look by swapping your classic black tights for a pair of black knee high socks and teaming with a black leather jacket and tea dress.
It’s easy to understand the appeal of a cut-out dress for a young LA starlet. Offering maximum flashbulb appeal – as early adopters Liz Hurley and Kelly Brook can attest – the right cut out frock can make or break your career. These days they are all at it – even the more ladylike of red carpet stalwarts like Emma Watson and Gwyneth Paltrow – taking the flesh revealed to new, blush inducing levels.
