Jessie J’s jacket is on ebay…and nobody’s bid yet!
Fans of Jessie J will want to turn their attention to eBay today, as someone is flogging a one-of-a-kind jacket worn by the singer / The Voice judge in 2011.
Jessie wore the cropped black wool and leather panelled jacket for a performance of ‘Who’s Laughing Now’ on ITV’s ‘Red or Black’ last year. The piece was designed by Simon Preen* for his Autumn / Winter 2011 collection, but the jacket never actually went into production, so Jessie’s size 8 – 10 sample is a one-off.
It’s being sold on eBay (ending 14 June) with a starting bid of £100. At time of writing, nobody’s bid, but we’re sure some canny Jessie fans have this baby in their watchlist, so be prepared for a last minute battle to own this little bit of pop history.
If you’re less bothered about who’s worn the jacket and more interested in the goth-inspired style of the piece, you can buy your own piece of Simon Preen via ASOS Marketplace.
Here’s Jessie performing in the jacket…
* Not to be confused with the other Preen, designed by Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi.
