Kristen Stewart shows the haters by looking amazing at the On The Road premiere
I must admit, I was sort of expecting Kristen Stewart to appear at her first public engagement looking as pathetically bedraggled as she has done for the past few weeks since her affair with her Snow White director was revealed to the press (and boyfriend Robert Pattinson).
Thankfully though, she chose not to wear one of Rob’s old t-shirts on the red carpet, instead going with a Zuhair Murad dress (according to Catwalk Queen) and quite possibly the best hair and make up we’ve ever seen on her. She looks gorgeous.
A huge departure from what we usully get from Kristen Stewart on a red carpet – unbrushed, bedraggled hair, smudged eyes and a teenage scowl – (this for example) – this Kristen is embracing her image as a sexy bad girl of Hollywood, with her sleek, straightened hair pulled into a dominatrix-esque high ponytail, sculpted cheekbones, arched eyebrows and some well placed illuminator. I’m glad she stayed away from red lipstick too – too much of a cliché – instead going for a bright pink, which keeps it cool and fresh, and not too harsh.
