Olivia Palermo is quickly becoming the face that launched a thousand products. The New York socialite and former star of MTV’s The City has just bagged a new campaign for Spanish fine jewellery brand Carrera y Carrera for whom she also acts as visual ambassador.
Previously the brunette has appeared in campaigns for Tibi and Hogan – alongside her gorgeous model boyfriend Johannes Huebl – and earlier this year she was announced as the front woman for Rochas’ latest scent. Not bad for a former reality star. We can’t see any of the TOWIE cast striking up deals with high fashion brands anytime soon.
Carrera y Carrera’s latest collection ‘Musica’ inspired by music (obvs) features musical notes, keys and guitar strings which embellish stackable rings, statement necklaces and earrings. This being OP there’s plenty of bling involved including white diamonds and onyx.
The campaign features Olivia posing in classic, ladylike ensembles with her usually straight locks curled in a side parting reminiscent of 1940s films stars like Lauren Bacall and Rita Hayworth. Her eyeliner flicks are similarly retro, emphasising the her large eyes, which we reckon make her a dead ringer for Hollywood legend Audrey Hepburn.
